Lake Tahoe SummerFest is a 501(c)3 Nevada non-profit organization. All gifts are tax-deductible within the limits of the law.
Fundraising is a critical component of the Lake Tahoe SummerFest strategic plan and three-year commitments are greatly appreciated to insure sustainability for our signature program, SummerFest Concerts. Tickets are priced to encourage participation and thus revenue from ticket sales does not provide sufficient income for event expenses.
SummerFest Concerts is seeking required funding from foundations, corporate and government grants, as well as individual giving and corporate event sponsors. Planned giving is also an opportunity to provide sustainability for both SummerFest Concerts and Lake Tahoe SummerFest.
Lake Tahoe SummerFest, as a new dynamic collaborative organization, comprised of several independently operated arts organizations, is providing world-class concerts, cultural, and educational programs to the greater community beginning July-August 2012 and continuing every summer at Lake Tahoe.
Lake Tahoe SummerFest is seeking collaborative, community grants to provide for the development and support of SummerFest Concerts and the renowned Lake Tahoe SummerFest Orchestra.
All donors, unless requested to be anonymous, will be listed on the Lake Tahoe SummerFest web site and in the SummerFest Concerts program guide.
Annual Levels of Giving:

*Donors at this level are considered Founding Members of Lake Tahoe SummerFest and will be acknowledged for their support and commitment to bringing world-class cultural programs and events to our region. VIP Receptions are scheduled events for Founders. Your invitations will be mailed in May.
